does anyone know why i cant use a gamecard on eqoa?

it says the purchase did not succeed please verify that all billing info was entered correctly. I entered the write numbers and letters on card but it isnt working i dont know why

Make sure to read the back of the card and that it says that it is for EQOA.
Some cards specify that they are for EQ and EQ2 only.
There are some that are for everything SOE but have to make sure...
If not give Sony a call with the number on the back for assistance.
Best thing is to go to www.station.com and log in and pay through there.

Do that, the in game payment set up does not work very well any more, I don't use game cards but I would be surprised if they ever updated it to work with the newer station access cards.
Go to http://www.station.sony.com/ and then the account tab
Though if you are using a cell phone browsers that might be a problem.

yea i tried my card to and it wouldnt work prolly just have to get on my buds computer
