I can only tell you what I know about each one, as I'm not currently playing any MMO, because I don't have enough time to fully enjoy one.
EVE-Probably the least time intensive, but at the same time, it's goto an incredibly incredibly difficult learning curve and requires intense time management skills. Keeping your pilot training at all times, and making ISK to start off is rough.
Aion-Grindy. Feels like WoW with pretty graphics and wings. The PvP is awesome, from what I've heard, but I didn't get that far when I had tried it out.
Warhammer Online- They've dropped down to 4 servers Doug. I know you've played this before, but it feels like now, more than ever, they've been really hemorrhaging their player base.
Others that you might try:
If you're looking for a decent F2P game, Allods Online is pretty good, and has some unusual environments and character designs. Gameplay was a bit grindy again. The Ship v Ship PvP in the Abyss/Ether/Outside Space is supposedly quite awesome. Hadn't gotten that far.
That Fantasy Earth Zero that keeps showing up in the Ads isn't half bad either, but I think it would be more entertaining if it didn't feel like Phantasy Star Online in a open~ish world setting. The PVP is supposedly a huge part of this.
