It launch's in 9 days (10th for new accounts) I highly doubt Turbine is even giving out new codes at this point, I haven't even seen a new points card to "test" with in close to a month. Just patiently wait another weekish, that and beta characters are getting wipped for release, so it would serve you no purpose really.
