Player rewards

Hey i was just wondering, my account is about 1 year old now for which i havent played the whole time, but i have no player rewards at all and i know i haven't redeemed any? Does it count login days for player rewards or am i not getting any for some other reason?

It used to be that you got vet rewards based on when the account was made but a year or so ago they "fixed" it so that it was based on the time paid for.
