To once again point out how broken Enchanting is, I now have a full set of Dragonskin armor (upgraded to Legendary) with the following stats:

Destruction Spells cost 17% less to cast and Magicka regenerates 10% faster.
Head:

Hands:
One-handed attacks do 45% more damage.
Carrying capacity increased by 42 points.
Boots:
One-handed attacks do 45% more damage.
Carrying capacity increased by 42 points.
Ring:
One-handed attacks do 45% more damage.
Destruction spells cost 28% less to cast
Necklace:
One handed attacks do 45% more damage.
Carrying capacity increased by 42 points.
Daedric Sword (142 base damage):
Absorb 22 points of Health.
If target dies within 11 seconds, fills a soul gem.
I don't recall the exact amount of armor rating per piece, but with the Light Armor perks tree filled, I have over 900 Armor rating. It's takes something serious to even hurt me at this point. Most stuff doesn't live long enough to even put a ding in my armor. I'm level 67 now and Ancient Dragons at that level are just about the only things that I have to be careful around, and even then, I can usually stun lock them by double casting Thunderstorm.
I did find a sword with Paralyze on it and disenchanted it, so I might redo my sword to add that on there. I don't really need the Soul Trap anymore. Somehow, whenever I make a new weapon with two enchantments on it, they don't lose enchantment, no matter how much I use them. I don't know if it's a glitch or if it's some game play mechanic I'm missing.
