No banana hammock physics... Sexist yo.
Speaking as a gay guy. I really don't want physics so much as i just want it to be THERE where applicable.(I recently downloaded the DLC for guy clothes in dead or alive which is basicly all the guys but 3 fighting in just tight shorts. HELLO KEN DOLLS) Plus no guy wants to see ***** artificially bounce while a dude wearing clothes. We all wince to much becuase we *know* something gone wrong in their pants.
I also at least in MMOs that are banking hard on sex appeal like Tera seems to be and Phantasy star Online 2. *** bar for both genders. Why is the game industry afraid of asses. Even for woman, fat bottom girls are far and few in between.
Incidently I know it's a sexist industry but if you want an example of actual Male characters that pull off sex appeal without it being to offensive to straights. Look no further then Team ninja games. "Monkey" and both Dante and Vergil by them are hoooooooooooot. Guess what? Don't know if you noticed. But both brothers actually have asses. "Monkey" little too buff for my taste but I gotta admit his mid section has my brain wondering.

I'll say this much for TERA,
it has some degree of balance. There's still more skimpy female stuff than skimpy male stuff, but there's plenty of both. More universally sexualized, less sexist. The humans are really the only male/female race that strike me as having a big difference in armor coverage away from the naughty bits.
While I do enjoy a skimpy outfit here or there for guys. I just like to say this for here and anyone who makes game who most definitely won't read this. Girl sexy =/= Guy sexy. Stop being lazy and throwing on something a girl would wear man it up a little bit if you feel like making an effort and throwing it on a guy.
It's not always sexy and serves to alienate guys(Mainly straights) who would never, ever, ever wear that stuff.
THIS is sexy.
That outfit you linked to at the end looks like it's out of a cliche gay club in a movie.
