They scrapped the Mako for the future 2 games. And yes, that is almost universally the most-hated part of the games.

And the pace of combat ups in the latter two games. The first game is the most like classic turn-based systems, with a lot of skills and such. They drop the number of skills in the latter games, make them more unique, and the new engine makes it a lot more like a typical FPS.

For instance, they introduce thermal clips (essentially, ammo), instead of the heat mechanism.

Damn, I kind of wanted Fez (I have Monaco already). I'm sure it'll be on sale at some point anyway, or part of abundle, or I'll just forget about it.

Same for me, but it shouldn't be over. They haven't done the "Best Of" sale yet.

Plus it would make that ******* Natural Selection vote pointless.

SOSE: Rebellion is worth the $10, in my opinion. The Stardock bundle would be pretty awesome, if it drops in price a bit more. Galactic Civilizations II is like $6.79 right now as well, so I guess the bundle is really only worth looking into if Fallen Enchantress catches your eye.

Can't decide between Max Payne 3 and the Max Payne bundle. Probably going to grab Dishonored for that price, too.

I'm going to grab Dishonored, Reus, and Castle Crashers. All were on my wishlist. May grab Dust, too.

I recommend any of the flash sale titles.

I voted for Metro, even though I'll probably wait until it's under $20 to actually buy it.

I voted AC3. I see Deus Ex on sale all the time, and I don't own AC3 yet. Granted, I almost certainly won't buy it.

Deus Ex is almost certainly going to win, anyway.

BUT DUES EXX IS 85%!!!1!!1! WHO WANTS STUPIT METRO??!!?!1?

I've never played any of the Assassin's Creed games, but the pack is $85 so I'll wait on it while I play some of these others. Still waiting to see if Civ 5 BNW goes on flash sale, if it already did and I missed it then maybe it will be back on the last day.

Metro looks kind of interesting, I picked up Kerbal Space Program last round, not much else out there that I'm looking at right now. Problem is, every time one of you mentions a game, I go take a look at it, and I start thinking, "oh that looks interesting."

I don't want to know how much I've spent on this sale so far.

EDIT: Also, one of the Flash Sales - "Organ Trail" - huh? I thought it was Oregon Trail but didn't recognize the artwork, then almost laughed that they made a dopey typo. But it's no typo.

Kind of like Shadowstrike did with his name.

I decided against Max Payne 3 altogether. So far, I bought Dishonored, Psychonauts, Terraria, Kerbal Space Program, and Reus.

I just watched that at the office, without sound but I don't think sound could have made it any funnier. When the first launch crashed all I could hear in my head was that line from the original Die Hard movie when the chopper crashed - "We're gonna need more FBI guys."

Can't wait to try this game out.
