I played FFXI from 2006 until right before Abyssea was released, so I'm not a complete noob when it comes to this game (just 90% noob, really). I just started FFXIV, and honestly have no idea what I'm doing. So, with that in mind I'm looking for a LS, mostly because playing alone the entire time isn't what I consider fun. So, if any would take me, I would be quite happy to know! :3

In regards to what to do you should probably look up here and other comunity sites on the basics on the game, it might take a couple days but once you get used to it this game is not that complicated.

In regards to Linkshells there are quite a few old and new LSs which are still active and accepting new people in them, I would advise you to look up on the LS list on this forum and see which might best suit your play time, interests and so forth.
