For this event (as the title implies) we are having you guys search for designated NPCs. If you are one of those people who notice very green nameplate and remember all those unpronounceable names, then this is the event for you. Unlike our last few events this one does not have a buy-in and is just pure gil potential.
Here is how it works:
- The event will be from 8pm - 9pm server time (12:00PM - 1:00PM PST, 2:00PM - 3:00PM CST, 3:00PM - 4:00PM EST)
- All participants will meet just outside Limsa Lominsa in Lower La Noscea at the start of the event
- At the start of the event the names of the NPCs being hunted will be added to this post, and told in game
- Each NPC will be accompanied with a general area where it can be found
- When a hunter finds a NPC on the list they simply record the map coordinates of that NPC and start looking for the next
- When a hunter has found all the NPC or the time limit is up they return to the start location
- The first person to return with the correct coordinates for each NPC, or the person with the most correct coordinates at the conclusion of the event wins.
- The second person to return or the second highest gets second place.
- If the winner is decided at the end of the event by highest number of coordinates and there is a tie, the prize is split.
The prizes are as follows:
- 1st place will receive 30k gil
- 2nd place will receive 15k gil
So let's hunt some o dem der pesky NPCs and reduce the surplus population.....
