Seraphim of <Ultros> now recruiting!Follow

~Seraphim~ We are an active, medium sized Free Company on NA FFXIV Server Ultros. We raid on a casual schedule, but do our best to get as much as we can done in the time we are alloted. Most of the people in the FC are 25-years-old or older and work full-time jobs. Many of us have raiding experience from other games. Our Free Company chat tends to have many "mature" conversations, don't be thin-skinned. We accept any players of any level who are friendly, sociable and like to have fun.

We raid weeknights, late night if you're on the East Coast.
We also run 24-man Crystal Tower on Mondays at 6pm PST.

All Listed Times are Pacific (PST)
Current Progression:
Group 1: 4/5 Binding Coil, Ultima HM, Garuda Extreme (Tues & Thurs 6:30-9:30pm)
Group 2: 3/5 Binding Coil (Tues & Wed 5-7pm)
Group 3: NEW GROUP 2/5 Binding Coil (Tues & Wed 7-9pm)
Group 4: NEW GROUP Starting in January (Tues & Wed 7-9pm)

Group 3 Recruitment:
1x DRG or MNK, prefer with some gear

Group 4 Recruitment:
1x PLD Tank
1x BRD

Our raiders should be capable of doing the following:
-Generally skilled (doesn't stand in aoe, researches DPS rotations, able to adapt in most situations)
-Independent player (doesn't need hand-holding to get things done)
-Interested in maximizing their potential (levels necessary cross-class skills, theorycraft, works towards best in slot gear)
-Stays calm under pressure (we're not interested in bringing ragers)
-Has enough time to play the game & can commit to a raiding schedule
-ABLE TO USE MUMBLE
