I don't have the game just yet but it's being shipped. I was looking at the talent tree's and was curious how useful adding points into this talent (Efficency) is? Please give suggestions opinions or just tell what you did.
EDIT: I can't decide if I should put 5 in Improved Hunter's Mark or 5 in Efficency, or split them them some how. I am trying to make a build that can solo well PvE and handle an occasional PvP. Replies apperciated, Thx.

Efficiency is pretty worthless to me. I play on a PvP server and I don't know much about PvE builds other than for some reason they lean heavily towards the beast talent tree, so I would say spend your talentpoints on something a little more useful.
Wouldn't you rather have leathal shots? +5% crit rate?
Then you can get mortal shots too, +50% Crit damage.
