Got hurricaneFollow

I just got Hurricane. Is this a best bow in game? It has 32.2 dps. Also is frost damage broken? I see no effect.

Edit: Alakhazam reports it as having 30.3 dps. In game, it is shown as 32.2 dps. Which is correct?

Also has anyone notice that your damage goes down if you enter instance or take flightpath? I need to reset bow after each time.

I talked with Blizzard GM today regarding Hurricane. He(she) told me that they will change how frost damage works in near future so that it is more of an epic bow. Woohoo. Can't wait for change. I hope that it slows down enemies!
