Ok, this is going to sound really stupid.


Maybe arms/fury got nerfed, but protection is now disgustingly good.

Don't believe me? If your respec cost isnt to high, try this one out for a few days in pvp. It might just be my gear, but i don't think so. I'm not exactly walking around with insane pvp gear, besides the GM shoulders/boots/shield. Other than that, I currently own no epics, and PvP is tons of fun. It takes some time to get used to it, but the amount of damage you can do to go along with reduced rage cost on ALL offensive abilities works wonders in PvP.

Obviously the second spec is better suited for tanking, however, it makes for an incredible flag runner in WSG, and has incredible survivability.

It is a terrible tragedy that blizzard decided that nearly every class besides warriors needed a buff, and also decided to nerf warriors. But the best thing to do right now is stop fighting the way we used to. Unless you have some pretty high end gear, your going to get mauled to pieces in BGs. Warriors have become the support class. With the occasional heal in a BG, you would be amazed what a warrior can do running through a crowd like a blender. I've personally torn through 6-8 people with a holy priest by my side. Alot of PvP depends on skill, but the luck of having a healer always helps.

Oh, and to the guy who hates gnomes, theres an 8/9 Dreadnaught gnome in my guild. He has 10.1k hp unbuffed, and I've personally seen him stand there for 2 minutes while 3 rogues attempt to gank him. He let himself get to 80% and then killed them all in about a minute. And people think gnomes can't kick ***.

I have to agree with sensemeister. I use dualwield too and in the end i hope my talent tree will look like this .

Just want to commend kazump on a great thread. My warrior is about to hit level 44, but by all means I'm still very much learning how to play her well. It can get very discouraging when you find yourself getting pounded on by some chump mage or lock, so it's nice to find a bit of inspiration from my fellow warriors in this thread. As much as I might enjoy playing my Rogue or Druid every now and then, I'll always be a warrior at heart. Rock on, mates. *Holds fist up in the air.*

I totally agree with Rokwar and Kazump

I hate hunters and their P*SSY pets.

We are the best class in the game, they nerfed us because they are scared of how strong we will get.

I tried to play a rogue, and I had to delete him because I felt like a wussy. I would have to sneak up on people just to fight them. I prefer the mail/plate wearing, 2H sword holding, badass mama jama warriors.

We are the best and always will be.

I am telling you! This is an awesome build. Some people here complaint about not gen any rage, and I might agree. This build almost requires that u charge into battle, or that u use a zerker (as u might notice, I have not cared about building endless rage, nor anger management). However, this build alows you to fully max your melee dps output, AND occactinally heal your warrior when a crit is brought upon you (bloodcraze), OR when you are immobilized by a damn hunter's trap or a rogue's sap(second wind)... I do not either suggest this build for a warr that changes stances often. you might wonder why I've also spendt points on the prot, but that is for gaining more def, AND armor...

This build works perfectly for my warr.

When I take a look at the warrior class from my experience playing it, there are quite a few things that make it stand out from any other class. First of all being the raw playing skill required to make a warrior an efficient killing machine in PvP.

When I first started PvP I had no extra action bars, and had only the 1,2,3,4... etc... buttons mapped to my abilities. Finding this inferior and slow, I added the extra actionbars (After the multitude of patches ruined Flexbar), and remapped all of my useful abilities to buttons near my movement keys (Q, R - who needs reply?, T, Y, G, E, H etc...) These are great time savers when you need to pull off a quick ham, or shield bash an incoming heal. Remapping keys like this unnecessary for nearly any other class.

Continuing on the 'raw skill' note, as a prot specced warrior I have to use nearly ALL of my abilities in a fight in order to win. While this bothered me at first, I now find the challenge of it very entertaining. Hands down I would rather be shield bashing heals, using concussion blow to stop an incoming fear, subsequently fearing an enemy combatant's pet, and cracking off that final satisfying execute, than hitting autoshot and watching my pet wipe someone out.

Hunters and Rogues will have their high damage output but I would rather be playing Warrior to the very peak of it's performance, than being one of the eight other Hunters in a BG.

On a final note, in keeping with Kaz's post, rock on Warriors. We truly are the best of the best. Our class requires that we be.
