is this a good built for lvling, with perhaps some pvp??

is this a good build for solo, survival, pvp stuff. i like to use the shocks for the side-effects and to finish enemies off with a final blow :P
i improved healing wave to so i can heal better (not that i use it a lot right now). in the ench tree i had 2 points left and i putted them in Anticipation, a good choice or should it do better somewhere else?

IMO I'd loose the improved healing wave, kinda a worthless talent since its only a 1/2 sec reduction for cast time off a 3 sec cast. I'd better spend 5 points into Tidal focus, since a Sham's MP pool is the weakest of any class, anything to make us more MP efficient always helps.

Since your not taking the 2hnd axe/mace spec from Enh, I can only assuming you plan on SSing with a 1hnd weapon. If your goal was to maximize your SS dmg for PvP, this might not be the punch you intended it to be. Concidering that 2hnd axe/mace is only a 1 point talent, its kinda a must for Enh Sham's that are trying to max out their melee dps.

I like Anticipation over Def+ talent, it just makes sense to give the chance to completely miss a attack, does less dmg, than a reduced hit :)

As much as I LOVE Sham rage when I was grinding, I kinda feel its only brought to its full potential when your Dual Weilding. Even a 1hnder doesn't hit fast enough in 30 secs to get enough MP back per hit.

There really NOT a perfect build that can be FTW for all situations in this game (PvP,PvE,Solo, whatevers), but there's some talents that are kinda geared better for certain situations than others.

If your going into PvE mostly, spec Enh and either spec the DW or at least the 2hnd mace/axe. SS is also a Enh Talent that is kinda a must, regardless. Sham Rage is a grinding "must" if your DWing. Unleashed rage is a Enh talent thats geared more for PT support rather than PvE (but DAMN is it nice).

IMO, regardless of spec, I always try to go for any talent that can help extend my MP useage. So I always try and get my Shocks, Heals, and sometimes Totems cheaper MP wise.
