Get your insignia, It's an anti-CC and you shouldve had it at 20-29

oh ok thanks, i was thinkin of gettin the bow in warsong but it doesnt seem to much better then others bows near that level

Meh, only get the bow if youre gonna twink out. Even then, there's better RAW out there.

that is the insignia

Anti-CC (an-ti-see-see)- (noun) The act of getting out of or ecscaping croud control such as root, stun, and snare effects.

Sentence: Roy the mage used his Insignia of the Alliance to get out of an exsisting entangling roots spell.

There is, and IIRC it acts just the same as the Alliance trinket.
