1. You can't have your cake and eat it too.
2. No.
3. Quit looking for an easy way out of getting to seventy.
4. Questing is faster than grinding, almost twice as much.
5. No.
6. See above.

Actually there is a power levelling guide. But it will only take you up to lvl 60 and the 61-70 hasn't yet been completed. However trying to go from 22-70 in a month is unrealistic unless you have got no school / work / whatever it is you have.

Someone already posted the wow-pro link to the leveling guides by Jamie, so I'd say to use those.

Google "jame's leveling guide" - not james' - jame's.

He/she has horde and alli guides. Very good. (edit - they are free - I click the printer-friendly button).

You'll have to work your butt off to get to 70 that fast, but it's quite doable - if you make wow a part-time job.

Just follow his directions completely - like a cake recipe. Don't deviate any. He gives maps. He says "at lvl 21 swing by AH and buy a ___, a ___ and a ____. Keep them in inventory for later." Do that. Because at lvl 24 out in the boonies you'll be able to do a "go get a ____ for me" quest in a SNAP - cuz the ___ is already in your bag. Then at lvl 26 and then 27, same thing, bang bang.

Get the picture? If you buy a box of cake mix and don't follow every step on the directions - you get bad cake. You might not even get cake.

GL!

This person is... misleading you. Jame's guide is a very fast way to get to 70; I know of no better way to get fast exp. Period. When the above person says "questing is faster" - that's misleading. They're spewing and not trying to help, imho. "Fast questing mixed with quests requiring grinding = the fastest leveling," imo.

You can't just say "questing is fastest" - lots of quests are very, VERY poor in exp return per minute invested, and others are great. Jame's guide tells you which ones to get. If he doesn't mention a quest, it means it sucks - it's a time waster -- too much time wasted for the exp earned. Trust Jame.

"easy way" - bah, of course there is no easy way, save paying someone to do it - and don't do that, please. That's wrong. The guide is fast and efficient. Won't be much fun, but you can get to 70 by end of April if you follow it. If you drop your life and spend 16 hours a day - you can do it in less than two weeks (don't, you could hurt yourself). You'll be needing to sink 4-8 hrs a day as it is, even w/ Jame's guide, to hit your goal of end of April.

As for a lock guide, go to Compendium. Read about Drain Hunting. That is the simplest. You sic VW, coa, cor, wait for second taunt to land (this helps the vw keep agro) - then immolate, tap to up your mana, drain life to repair your health - wand.

Train your vw w/ new taunt skills, you buy a book (grimoire) at demon trainer, near normal spell trainer in city - every 10 lvls - this is a MUST. Locks need little gear - they can actually go to 70 naked, holding a flower in their hand. And it wouldn't be that hard. GL!

Interesting but why not just take your time and enjoy the game?

taking your time would be okay but leveling is less than half the game. pretty much everything good is after you've capped out your character

Wow i found that comment extremely racist pengomanz. Not all Chinese people are farmers/play for a living. It's great and all that you have an opinion, but please, don't stereotype the asian race just because a few of them play the game for others to earn their living.

Excuse me but some of us find actually playing the game to be good and fun. And leveling just comes along as something marginal for me.
I really dont think endgame is so good, I already quit one game after 2 years of playing because there was nothing for me left once I capped my toon. Raiding same stuff with same people all over again is disgustingly boring.

Imo leveling is simply PART of the game and one can find something good and amusing to do at any level. Of course, if you are someone like me who pays her money to play the game and have fun and not compete with everyone else over loot/gear and wtfpwning whoever. That I have enough irl tyvm.
