As subject notes my question is about how well this will work considering searing needle already fire enhancement.
I got fire essence from a friend so i thought I would use it on my new Main hand weapon (Searing Needle).
Should I pass on enchanting Fiery on it or throw it on an offhand dagger with a fast speed rating?

From everything i've heard in this game, inherent effects (like your searing needles fieryproc) can still be enchanted. So you would get your fiery proc from the sword and enchant.
I know for a fact fiery works with shadowblade's proc.
Searing Needle is a cool dagger to use with fiery too since its proc increases fire damage for 30seconds.

Yes, inherent weapon abilities and enchants will both proc separately. I've got Fiery on my Coldrage Dagger, and I've seen them proc both at the same time.
