Killing hunters is pissing me offFollow

Does anyone else with a high-level hunter get annoyed when you're on an alt, and the hunter that's attacking you should win very easily, but somehow you manage to win very easily?

Case in point: My level 37 paladin vs. a 35 hunter. Yes, I'm 2 levels up. But if the hunter can keep me out of a range of 10 yards (easy w/ AotC) she should have been able to take me out without taking a hit. Or if she did, I'd be fairly low on health. But she just let me get up and fight her! What's worse is she would use serpent sting and then try to frost trap me...while yes it made for easy kills on my paladin it pissed me off b/c my main is a hunter (worse - my hunter is ally and my pally is horde, so it's an alliance hunter I was fighting, basically my main's brother) and idiots like this give us a bad name.

I'm alittle lost on the post. Bad hunters giving us a bad rep? That happens with any class... especially horde pallys. 5/6 Pallys I've found while playing on an alt, somehow keep ending up on the ignore list :)

First to answer your question. No, I don't get pissed of - why? Let me ask you a question. The first toon you made - how skilled where you in pvp at lvl 35? Most likely you sucked big time. Try to take a brand new player vs. a player who played for years - is that fair - and is it fair to call him a ****** for loosing to a higher lvl'ed player? If that was what happend - you could have killed him with a lvl 20 pally! Just to make an expamle. Was on my new alt - a lvl 12 Warlock. I allmost killed a lvl 20 druid in a duel. After the fight he asked: "What spell did you use to make me run around like a headless chicken??" - is he a nooob? Nope - rather a Newb. A player totally new to the game. And yes, he should have killed me of in like 5 sec - but he did not beacuse he did not know his way around in the game.

So stop the QQ'ing m8'ty

Look at the level. I dont have anything yet that can hit beyond 10 yards. Linkin's boomerang is like what, level 52 req or soemthing like that?

And the first time I ever did PvP was when I was level 25, I took out a 29 hunter and then right after that a 27 druid that attacked me when I was OOM. First time in a BG I pulled 3rd overall in killing blows. So just because it was the first time in PvP, I knew what to do.

Yeah seems to be that the Alla forums is the only place to find good hunters :P though we do have our fair share of idiots XD

I melee with cheetah on, AND I listen to MCR.....

Aspect of the cheetha + Hawk eye = frustration XD

Don't be too harsh on the hunter. Perhaps the 35 hunter was a newbie. You really don't expect too much from that.

Bad players make for easy kills or hk points? That may be true, but Honor points count for little these days.

The best gear is in raiding or the arena. BG rewards aren't what they used to be.
