What is the best gear for a warrior pre level 20.

Don't worry about it. Pre 20 should be a blurr, so worry about lvling your warrior and not about the gear. Pre 20 gear sucks anyways, so look beyond 20, because it only gets better from there.
I don't mean to sound rude, but unless you're twinking your warrior, don't worry about the gear or wasting money on gear you'll replace in a few lvl's anyway.

Understood, right now I'm in PVP trying to get that stuff. But the limitations of trial account prevent me from going past 20.
Ahhh ha, my apoligies then. Well in that case, there is a thread here in the warrior forum about a guy who wanted to twink out his toon, so you might want to find that thread and see what gear he has. It's expensive, but it will show you what kind of gear to shoot for.
I guess it would have been nice to know you were on a trial account from the get go, lol. Are you considering buying the game, or just playing the trial account?

I don't think he will be able to get any of the gear we advise becasue he has a trial account, unless he gets some help from a highlvl friend. you can't use the mailsystem so AH can't be used, you can't give or get gear from other people, you can't create anything higher than lvl 100 tradeskilling all because the trialaccount. The only way would be for a highlvl friend to boost him through zones/instances and the loot system would be free for all.

I'm seriously considering getting the game, just need to finance it , and balance those two things with real life. I did VC with a high level (57) friend, but didn't end up getting the sweet gear asides from a green Thief's Blade, I like it, it's really good for my level. But we shall see, I have another trial disk ready for when my craving gets intense.
I had the trial account for literally 2 days before I decided that I HAD to purchase the actual game. I've been loving it ever since.
pshh i played the trial account for 2 hours and i was hooked, i came straight from the FFXI G R I N D and was like "ohmygod everything is so much better in WoW". haven't looked back since.
