New Lvl 70 Spell Idea.Follow

Hey everyone, I'm posting my opinion on a new Lvl 70 spell for each class in their own forum, maybe some of you guys can edit my idea or make your own. Anyways, I'll send this forum to blizz via e-mail, maybe they'll suggest and accept some of the new ideas.

Priest

From The Heavens-

While channeled, Holy bolts fall from the Heavens, Healing party members from 2000 to 2500 health and damaging Monsters for 2000 to 2500 damage over 12 seconds(is that overpowered?). This spell will cost 5% of the priest's mana.(you know that spell named Blizzard the mages get at lvl 20? Well picture that but it's holy. Also with Diferent Graphics)

No recast timer.
