ok should i stick with my Heavy Mithril Breastplate (536 armor 13 stam) or go with chest from spider boss in RFD(373 arm. 10 str 8 agil 15 stam) im fury buid
Definately the one that gives you a DPS boost.

The thing to keep in mind when you make the switch is that stats beats armor in most cases. In that sense, exchanging a blue mail armor piece for a green plate one might be a mistake. I'm still sporting Scarlet Leggings with 20 strength and 10 stamina, and I'm level 43. The good plate armor at level 40 would be Carapace of Tuten'kash (RFD), Icemetal Barute (RFD), plate gloves from a boss in Uldaman, and the rest is basically PvP gear. It would be good to procure the PvP stuff before 40.

This is the chestpiece I meant. It's theoretically attainable at 40 if you have a few higher level friends. It is a lvl 50 piece of armor. I got it at 41, put +100 HP on it, and wore it till Outlands.

I just leveled up and didn't worry about armor that I was going to replace in a few days of playing anyways. But thats just me. I was never really obsessed with the gear at lvl 40 anyway, I just did what I did, and got what I got, lvl'd up and moved on. It's really not worth deciding anyway IMHO.
