Need some direction

I recently got my little frost mage alt up to 60 and now I'm a bit lost as to where I'm going to put the final points on my way to 70.

Getting to 60 was easy as I had to get certain points in certain spots.. but now it's more a question of taste and it's not quite so clear cut and this is where some of you mage veterans can step in and help.

I know I want to stay frost and I'll put my next point into Ice Floes to finish that off but after that, I'm lost. Should I put some points into Arcane? Should I fill out the frost side some more? Frostbite maybe? That seems like a good talent and could help with the damage off the shatter crits now that Blizz nerfed it.

Thanks for the help in advance and yes, I HAVE read the FAQ but I'd like some personal insight.

i know im not high lvl but i do know my mage things... um... u should definetly go the rest in arcane, reason why is because arcane is great for mana effienciatcy(spelling lol) and really focus on magic absorbtion because we go threw mana like crazy and it always help to get mana back.. but thats just my oppinion... its really up to u... hope this helps

If you are gonna go for Shatter, get 3/3 in Imp Cone of Cold first of all. Other than that, you seem to have most the essential talents. Moving in to arcane for clearcasting at least is always nice.
