These are all passive abiliites that will tie in with my rant, see my other post.

Level Ten
Survivalbility Passive
Increases your chance to block/parry/dodge attacks that effect more then one person by 3%.

Level Twenty
Raised to 5%.

Level Thirty
Raised to 8%, and, Gives any spell or attack critically striking you a 10% chance to be reduced to 50%.

Level Fourty
Raised to Ten %, gives the before effect and, After being knockback/rooted/stuned/slowed, gives a 10% speed boost for 8sec. hell, mages get a 50% boost.

Level Sixty
All Effects before, and. Leaves combat after four seconds.

Level Seventy
All Effects from before, Gives 50 Resillience and Leaves Combat after three seconds.

....

What is it with you and wanting to make rogues this new breed of super OMGness, with the upcoming changes making us more end game friendly, and our current skills, we do just fine against any class given the right circumstances and playing the class right. We dont need "shadowbreaker" because it would break the game, not shadows, and we dont need a new talent to dodge multi targetting abilities, or stop crits... just practice fighting the classes you have trouble with, once you figure out how they fight back, counter it and you will find amazing success.

Just.. wow...

Just.. lol.. You want a passive ability because mages have a tier 6 talent that does something you like? How typical.

Yeah give me +100dmg at lvl 70 since they nerfedt Improved Fireball and Improved Frostbolt.
Leaves combat after 3 seconds.. meaning if i don't hit you for 3 seconds and you don't hit me for 3 seconds.. you're out of combat?
Meaning if you're chilled and i start to cast an un-talented fireball at you (3.5 seconds) you can stealth before i can finish casting it?

You can be completely immune to spells every 2 minutes (like WotF) and you still don't have enough.. omg..

Oh boo-hoo. Bad parts about a Rogue?
It's a bad thing that spells do 100% damage so the suggestion that an untalented 10% be GIVEN to you so that all spells do 50% damage.

There's a talent in the pally tree similar to this. It's a tier 7 talent in protection tree called Ardent Defender. When you put 5 points into it, when you have under 20% life (almost dead anyway) all damage is reduced to 50%.

You want 10% chance of this happening to you anytime with spells, FREE (no talents).
How is taking full damage a "bad thing about rogues" ?
Just pop CotS, take none of the damage and quit QQ-ing. Or go gank someone to make you feel better.

EDIT: Misread his post. Sorry about the rant with the 10% crap.
Still mages rely on crits instead of damage in pvp.. mostly scorch crits. 10% of them doing half damage is kinda unfair.
Doing some changes that affect pve only is ok (like hunter's misdirection) but doing what he said will affect pvp a lot.

LOL, thats like saying... well, let's say you're a mage, that'd be like saying "We should get to wear mail armor... HELL, WARRIORS get to wear plate!!"

It's just a completely ridiculous point to make.

we are better then fine

we are damn sexy.. especially in that lil outfit we wear... the one that drops jaws upon enterin UC... errr i mean -_^

in all serial-nees, we are 100% fine as is... something like that would be ridiculous

perhaps maybe a combat talent where the stam/agi talent is... but more like "chance to evade dmg by 1/2/3%" although that isnt needed either imo

we got 5% dodge talent, 5% parry, spell/ranged crit -2%, spell/ranged hit -4%

not to mention the cc breakers (pvp trinket + being UD + rogue tricks = ridiculous pvp)

somethin like that isnt needed

I'm noticing that a lot of people think they need to be able to beat every class 100% of the time. If they can't, they think the game is unbalanced.

Newsflash, this is NOT a single player game. You aren't the only one playing, and balance involves a hell of a lot more than you and your class. People that are used to offline games like the Final Fantasy series just expect to be able to handle every situation without much trouble. That's just not the way it works. Sometimes you just get your *** kicked, and you can't do anything about it.

Deal with it.
