Blocked attack =\= Crushing???

So, i just heard something that was intresting to me.
i heard that if u block an attack (even if its for 10k) it cant
be a crushing attcack, is this true?

does that mean that while i have shield block on and around 101% block
i cannot be attack with a "Crushing" blow?

That's correct.

It's even better. If your total Miss/Dodge/Parry/Block chance is over 100%, it's can't happen. (Note, values shown on your sheet are against mobs the same level. Bosses are 3 levels higher, and therefor you need 102.4%.)
