Does Mental agility work with all instant spells? Including MB and PWF and such.

MB is not instant spell. mental agi does reduce the PWF mana cost.

Sorry i meant MF not MB. And im going to assume it does as it works for PWF.

MF is channeled, not instant. Should work on Renew, SWD, SWP, PWS, Shadowfiend, silence, dispel, abolish disease, and any buffs.
