Balance/feral builds are unusual. Generally people spec balance/resto or feral/resto so you will have trouble finding one. Balance and feral dont go well together. If you want to go moonkin, try a heavy balance build, with the remaining points in resto.

There actually is this "meleemage" spec that I call it.
Go to Moonkin in balance and then take the rest so you can get to Mark of the Wild. Using this you'llbe maxing your moonkins melee damage and even so be a decent nuker/tanker.
