Do the 2 talents Improved Weopon Totems and Elemental Weopons stack together? Giving u a 70% bonus to windfury and a 27% bonus to flametounge totems.

No, one affects Self-Weapon Buffs and the other one Totem Weapon Buffs.
Only one kind of weapon buff can be active at the time.
Also, Self and Totem buffs are different... Windfury, for example. As self-buff, it gives 2 attacks with extra attack power. As Totem buff, it gives 1 extra attack with less extra attack power.

Thnx, apparently i read it wrong...a few times :}
the windfury totem gives one extra attack that grants you more attack power than the 2 attacks of the self cast....but the self cast windfury weapon has that extra attack which at one point in the game was uber but meh...not anymore
