Am I missing somethingFollow

I have what appears to be a strange play style. My warlock is currently level 35, and I have very rarely grouped, and never ran an instance. I do sometimes do BG's, but I am not great at them yet did my first few at 29 and will probably not stop in upper 30's because I want to get my horse too bad. The thing most people find odd is I do not do very many quest. I have done all my pet quests, and if a item looks good I will do the quest for it but if the quest is just a few silver I feel like I can get more exp and make more money just grinding and I love grinding yeah I know that is weird. My question is if I continue to play this way and do pretty much the solo thing, will that make things harder for me in the end game world. I am a quick study I played a lot of EQ and I used to be on the MT healing rotation with my cleric on a major raiding guild so I do know the basic dynamics of group play and I don't think it would take a rocket scientist to figure out a warlocks job in big groups, but as far as gear would I be way behind other players by not doing instances until the end?

As far is I have found out about this is, that if you keep your gear relatively up-to-date with AH gear you are fine. Then once you get to outlands, there are tons of quests with good items as rewards.

I'm not sure on that though, cause I'm not much higher than you =p

You'd better get used to the idea of grouping/raiding because, as you probably know, most of the worth-while items (and above) are not available to soloists. Most items are earned through cooperative work in a guild over time, so I would definitely suggest finding a guild (you're at around the right level to look for a guild to dedicate to) and then just continue your playstyle-- of course, while still adhering to guild rules and being active. Once you get to the raiding levels (55+), then your playstyle will most likely change.
