Does anyone have some information regarding the mathematics for "hit rating"?

uh, check wowwiki.com and search for hit ratings and youll probably get what youre looking for.
off the top of my head, its about 18 hit rating at 70 for 1% to hit....i think. dont quote me, but im too lazy to go to wowwiki atm myself to check it out lol.

Using the tool tip on my charater it comes out to 15.76 hit rating to 1% chance to hit. 155 rating = 9.83% to hit.
