is this a good build so far or is there somethin i need to improve on? i really want to do daggers cause i really like ambush and BS but i like to solo a lot and im worried that i wont be doing the damage that im doing now with my swords... what do u guys think... is combat daggers good or should i stick with what i have now?

In general, sword is a good solo weapon and dagger is a good party/raid weapon. That being said, I am combat sword and when I do an instance, I am 98% of the time on top of the dps meter. Either way you go, you won't be gimped.
At your level, based on the rogue guide posted in this forum, you should have the following build:

Your eviscerate will do slightly less damage until you get to around lvl 50, but your white damage will be very high. At your level, my white damage crits were sometimes as high as my sinister strike crits. Try to find lots of +attack power gear if you can. Arathi Basin is a good place to get PvP gear with +AP.

Your build is fine. Nooble's guide is just a suggestion. I wouldn't pay for a respec as everything you have works for what you are doing.
Daggers are a viable option for solo as well, you just have to play it a lot differently than swords. Mainly you will be using your stuns a lot (CS, Gouge, KS) to get behind the mob and stab them rather than just beating them down and minimize your use of SS. In general, your fights will take a little longer but you will take less damage.
