Man Chikito... I gave up worrying about builds. Just go with something, if it does not work, then roll another Rogue and try a different build. You will have till you die, or run out of money, to play WoW, and figure out what build rules, what build sucks.

You need to drop those points in Vile Poisons, you really dont need them unless your going to be using envenom, which isn't trainable until 62.
Drop Imp expose armor, since you'll probably never use that in a PvE setting, and the only time you'll ever use it in a instance run is when you do not have a warrior tanking. Let me clarify this...DO NOT USE EXPOSE ARMOR IF YOU HAVE A WARRIOR TANKING. Sunder armor does a much better job, and is a main agro tool of warriors, if there is 5 sunders slapped on a mob, and you throw down expose armor, it WILL clear the sunders, which will probably put you at the top of the agro list.
Drop imp. Sinister Strike. As a rule of thumb, you should never use SS for an attack, daggers get crap for weapon speed multipliers(1.8 for daggers vs. 2.7 for swords) and crap for top-end damage. If you want imp SS, drop your daggers and pick up a sword.
Unless you are doing mad amounts of PvP, I would drop imp gouge as well. The only thing that it is good for is combat restealthing, which you can't do when you're fighting a mob.
As a low lvl dagger rogue, you want to put your talent points into spots that increase your damage first, then CP generation/energy efficiency. I'm about to respec one of my rogues to combat swords, so I'll make a post in the next day or so to see how that goes. :P
