Scorch Talent BuildFollow

Hi, it's been a while since I last logged on WoW (6 months), but I've gotten addicted. Yes, the old affliction, so since I can't play now, like all WoW addicts, I did some research. Here's a PvP build that is centered on critting with scorch, but it's also quite deep in arcane to get the nice clearcasting bonuses. Some comments?
