i curently have a 36/0/25 frost pvp build but its not lookin too good can someone help me out with a pvp build?

Actually bacckstabbu the build you posted is almost horrible for PvP.
Arcane Fortitude.. you really need +250 armor in pvp?
Arcane Meditation.. you really need 15% mana regen in pvp?
Frost Warding and AElemental Precision are mostly useless in PvP. Everyone you fight is lvl 70 anyway so all you need is +penetration. You mostly likely will have +hit anyway.
Max out ice shards.
Frost Channeling.. you need less aggro in pvp?
Winter's Chill doesen't have time to stack up in pvp to do any real good.

For burst damage go with an arcane / fire hybrid like:

Seriously baccstabbu, to use some leetspeak here, lrn2play before you start giving talent advice like that. I know it's already been said, but winters chill?! Arcane fortitude and arcane meditation and no improved counterspell?!! And a heavy frost build with no improved frostbolt?!
