Assuming your idea of 41/3/17 is the same as everyone else's, it's a good build. It's quite common from what I've seen. All you need for an Opp mut build is, amazingly, opp and mut. Most people will throw in 2 more points in sub for imp sap. After that, you're just trading one optional talent for another. From 41/0/7, the only talents that will make a significant impact in dps are in combat. Sub tree offers more utility. It comes down to personal preference.
