Last build question from meFollow

Would the build below be a good all-around build for doing arenas, PvP and instances? I will mainly do PvP and arena until i have a ton of honor, then get all my nice gear, then i will prolly do raids and instances w/ some PvP inbetween. Oh yea, remember how i was against dagger combat, well i respecced just to see how it was and now i do almost 50% more dmg during an instance.

Edit: would 2 in aggression be better than nerves of steel?
