Is Ignites damage dependent on the rank of the spell or ow much damage it actually deals. For example, would a 2.5k crit cause ignite to deal more damage than a 3k crit if they were both using the same rank of fireball?

Completely dependant on the crit size of the fire spell. 40% of the damage the crit does.
2.5k + (2.5k * .4) = 3.5k?
3k + (3k * .4) = 4.2k?

A fireball can crit for 2500-3000. He was asking if ignite depends on the spells damage, base damage or the level of the spell.
