I like know answer to this one too but I'm feral druid
I'd suggest that you don't make the decision based on your class alone. Your Trades and play style can play a large part in finding the faction which is right for you.

Well I'd put down a load of information and stuff but I'm a little rushed since underbog group is forming on WoW
I went Scryer, better rewards for a Feral Druid IMO, I diddn't look at the Balance gear (I went Balance once, hated it because of the down time, I do miss the damage sometimes though)

Scryer seems to have better reward for caster dps in general.
As for feral druid, it's about even. Ignoring tradeskills recipe and shoulder enchant preference, it basically comes down to Overseer's Signet vs Socrethar's Girdle.
