Does anyone happen to know the hit chance for a druid in bear/cat for same lvl, lvl + 1, lvl + 2 etc?
The idea is I want to know how much +hit gear I can put on before its being wasted.

Same as for any other class. If you have a 40 Druid hitting on another 40, the base miss chance is 5%.
For any point of difference between the attacker's weapon skill rating and the defender's defense skill rating, the miss chance increases by 0.04%. So that's effectively 0.2% for each level difference. (Assuming maxed ratings)
