As i move farther up the shadow tree i am approaching Misery. Can someone explain to me how Misery works exactly? Is it a buff like VE where once it is on anybody casting has a 5% damage increase on the target? Thanks.
As long as Mind Flay, VT, or SWP debuffs are on your target, all spell damage from any source is increased by 5% (or whatever rank you have). If your target has none of those debuffs, it drops off the mob. Excellent for grouping.
