"Most of the shaman I see complaining are silly shaman who use the fastest offhand ever and the slowest mainhand ever. All that tells me is that you don't really know how to play enhancement"

I read this quote from the WoW boards from some 70 shaman. I was a little bit shocked... because this is exactly what I do when I DW. I have a 2.8 speed main-hand and a 1.8 offhand weapon. Am I doing something wrong?

You're not doing anything wrong. That's a great setup if you're using Shamanistic Rage. With SR, what matters most is how often you hit your target. So, you need something fast. However, you don't really want to sacrifice doing damage, so you need a slower, higher dps weapon in your MH.

You're playing it just fine.

I actually run with a fast main hand slow off hand. Stacking agility with windfury on I go for crits and windfury procs. More swings with the main hand means more chances for windfury and more chances for crits. This has always worked well for me *shrug*

Either the guy is an idiot, or he forgot how to put RB on his offhand.

Most Shamans that are on O-boards are ones that used WF on both of there weapons, and he probably still does. RB is great because, AFAIK, it isn't affected by weapon speed.
