I want to make a warlock but i dont know what armor to get for it and what talent tree i should use
to start off, you can only use cloth armor (but I don't think that was your question). Find armor with Stamina and Intellect to begin with. Eventually, you'll want to start getting gear with spell damage but that won't be for a while.
As for talents, I think your first 5 points should go into improved corruption as it makes it an instant cast spell (in other words you can cast it while running).

Make your warlock. Since you can't buy armor for it before you create the character, or use talent points until you reach level 10, the rest of your questions are moot.
