Not too bad, but I suggest you make it conform to the solutions of the user. I am currently using 1200:800 widescreen, and I still had to scroll sideways to see both sides of it.
Yeah I have the same resolution and I also have to scroll, it was 1600x1280 :P
Replaced the pic with a 1024x768 pic, do you should be fine on size
