I've heard that U can't make perfect stunlock on a rogue, but I don't know why? I was thinking about vanishing out of blind or something like this... Can some1 explain me which abilites can get us from stuns, disorients, incapaciting effects etc? Thanks

yes it is possible if you get the first shot. atleast at lvl 60 it was. search on google video for rogue pvp movies you can see there rogues fighting rogues.

Ye I think that if U can make 100% stunlock they can't do anything, but I'm wondering if Vanish can be performed when you're blinded or some other kinds of reactions...

They can't while blinded, I know that for sure. They could resist most of the stuns though via talents/orc racial though.
