A question for BC roguesFollow

When you put up Cloak of Shadows, does Setup proc when CloS wipes out those spells? I know it's only a 45% chance, but affliction locks can put at least 5 debuffs on you, and a few other caster specs can almost equal that. Sounds like a huluvalot of free combo points to me, but.. does it? Or am I just full of wishfull thinking?

If they cast it while cloak is up it works though.
