I like this build here it does max damage & allow to heal fast without costing alot of mana.

I use bear tough fight that you know won't win fast & when get attack multi mobs.

Cat best for quick kills & caster types whom don't want live too long.

Instead of trying to criticize the posted build, I'll simply post one of my own. It uses a cookie-cutter approach but it does the job damn well. I found that since BC there isn't a lot of variety in builds so I don't think you can end up being dead wrong about a build. (Although I have seen some pretty sad builds)

1- So build at 59, huh? Something like this would work pretty well. Once you got Omen of Clarity in the Resto tree, the rest of the points can go pretty much anywhere. I'd go with
3/3 Natural Shapeshifter (Resto)
1/1 NG + 1/4 Imp NG (Balance)
3/3 Primal Tenacity (Feral)(Cause I like PvP)
Last point in SotF for the hell of it. (Feral)

2- You'd better stay in Cat form until/unless things go wrong. It's much faster overall. And there are already plenty of threads for opening sequences and I don't wanna copy/paste stuff, just go and browse them.

Just a quick note:-

If you want to tank any heroic or Karazhan bosses, you MUST HAVE Survival of the Fittest. This plus 156 Def Rating on your gear will get you to the needed crit immunity.
