Move to replace 41-pt subFollow

I enjoy the damage bonus from SS, so I don't think I would get that if they were to replace it. If you can spare three seconds to cast it, you can probably make the leap to restealthing normally or shadow melding for night elves. I find it just adds to the stronger burst attack talents found in the higher end of Sub talents.
