Hey, I'm wondering if what I have planned for my rogue would be the best for a twink. I'm going for a flag runner who can still fight, so any tips would be appreciated.

P.S. I use backstab ALOT, so my build is centered around that.

I don't think there's anything I can do to help head/belt, so that's it. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

and its 30 stamina 10 agility....not 30 agi 10 stam. There is Cobrahide Leg Armor(40 AP, 10 crit rating)

Yes, 30 stam and 10 agi is huge in the 29 bracket, you also have to have a 60+ put them on for you. If you can't find any blue BoE legs for that bracket, just pick up some 29 "of the Monkey" or "of the Tiger" legs.
