I just started playing wow, im a lvl 9 blood elf hunter..
How do I tame a beast to be a pet...?

When you hit level 10, visit your hunter trainer for a quest to begin learning how to tame beasts. Make sure you follow through on all the quests he gives you.
Keep at it!
Level 9 was probably the hardest level I remember. You still don't have your pet and the monsters are increasingly tough.
Once you tame a pet, you'll get your revenge. :)
