Should i teach my WS to use Bite, or is it enough with LB?
Will it add more DPS, or is Bite just gonna gimp LB and overall DPS too much?

tame a carrion bird.
and i wouldnt tame your windserpent bite, i would keep it at *Avoidance dive, growl and LB.
(use the remaining points for Stamina/armor for PvE or *cobra reflexes and frost/shadow resistance for PvP)

Let me help you out alittle bit more.
Bite is about 50 damage or something. if its higher, i know it doesnt get over 100. its 35 energy and a 10 second cooldown. Lightning is no cooldown, 50 energy and is about 200.
50(dmg)/35(engy) =/= 200/50.
