ok great END GAME build .....but for leveling i suggest affliction, u said your brother is lvl 70 not sure what level u r?? anything 40 or below go affliction. If above 40 do whatever really, but i do recommend getting ruin in destruction and dark pact in affliction for leveling from 60-70 it is good.

afflic no questions asked, since money is no option try get minor speed increases on soem items and obviould intellect enchants on the rest then run round placing instant cast CoExhaustion, Corruption and Siphon Life u will out run them easy, and every so often ure shadow bolt will become instant cast so just trun round and blast them. When low on man use dark pact and just keep running. I did this from lvl 20-30 all through duskwood was so much fun, granted it is easy to ***** up if u get hit by a slowing poison or something. If this happens sacrifice VW to give u a shield and instant cast Howl then rain of fire the rest or hellfire if most of them are close to death.
